July 24, 2 pm: Chopin Foundation NW picnic at Ravenna Park

A tradition emerging right before your eyes: this is the First Annual Chopin Foundation Picnic in Seattle! Invited are all members, supporters and friends of the Foundation as well as anybody interested in Chopin music. There will be grilled Polish sausages, potato salad, pies and other great foods and drinks as well as games to entertain and prizes to surprise you. Watch for grill site and Polish, French and American flags to join other Chopin enthusiasts at this little charming park.

 

Where: the Ravenna Park in Seattle, parking advised at a tiny diagonal street NE of NE 58th St & 20th Ave NE, admission free, bringing your food to share is optional

July - Radio Wisla open for business

Radio Wisla broadcasts as usual through July and August, that is every Thursday at 7 pm, repeated the following Saturday at noon.

July - Polish Home in Seattle closed in July

The Polish Home in Seattle will close in July for the summer vacation and will reopen on August 6.

June 21 - September - Polish Hall in Tacoma closed till September

The Polish Hall in Tacoma will be closed all summer. It will reopen in September.
